Cheesy Dip with Ground Venison
1 Lb. Browned Ground Venison 2 Lbs.Velveeta Cheese
1 16 oz. Old El Paso Picante Sause Corn Chips
Brown ground venison and drain really well. Melt cheese in microwave. Mix picante sauce and browned ground venison into melted cheese. Enjoy with corn chips.
Deer Sausage Breakfast Casserole
1 pound deer sausage
2 cups grated cheese
2 eggs
2 packages crescent rolls
Melted margarine
Sesame seeds (optional)
Crumble and brown sausage in a skillet. Drain well. Add cheese and stir in eggs. Line bottom of a 9x12 inch baking dish with 1 package crescent rolls. Spread sausage/cheese mixture over rolls. Cover mixture with remaining crescent rolls. Brush rolls with melted margarine and sprinkle sesame seeds over top. Bake at 375 degrees 12-15 minutes or until browned.
